    GCE possesses over a decade of expertise in the research, development, and production of high voltage BMS(HV BMS) in China. Their BMS handles voltages up to 1500V and is primarily designed for LFP, NMC, and LTO batteries in uses like UPS, residential, commercial, and industrial energy storage systems. GCE’s BMS supports multiple parallel connections and can be configured into two-level or three-level structures, making it adaptable for a variety of applications ranging from KWh to MWh. GCE’s BMS is compatible with popular inverter brands in the market, such as Deye, Kehua, Sofar, Growatt, Sinexcel, ATESS, Sungrow, Goodwe, Megarevo, Voltronic Power, and more.

    GCE Integrated BMS introduction:


    The integrated BMS is composed of a BMS main control board, BMU sampling board, high voltage board, switching power supply, Hall sensor, DC contactor, micro-break switch, fuse (optional), power terminal, structural box and wiring harness, etc. It is a secondary structure system design that integrates the main control board, sampling board and other power devices into one device. It has the features of compact structure, flexible installation and low cost, suitable for integrated installation with small capacity battery.

    * Each 15S battery string is used as a battery acquisition unit, and there are 4 acquisition units for a 60S battery pack, and there are 5 acquisition units for a 75S battery pack.

    * There are 3 temperature sensors in every 15S battery string, so a 60S battery pack has a total of 12 temperature sensors, and a 75S battery pack has a total of 15 temperature sensors.

    * Hall sensor is used to collect current in a safe and reliable manner, with no heat generation.
    * The SOC estimation error is ≤ 5%.
    * 3-digit address dial is provided to set the BMS address.
    * There are 2 channels of relay dry contact output.
    * There are 4 channels of contactor extension with auxiliary contact detection.
    * Upper computer software is provided, which is convenient for customers to debug the battery system and modify system parameters.
    * It supports up to 7 BMS units connected in parallel.
