    RBMS Product Overview

    RBMS is a cutting-edge battery management system designed for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems and UPS applications. Utilizing a distributed architecture and modular design approach, RBMS offers high configurability and ease of assembly, debugging, and maintenance. It is a versatile solution suitable for a variety of battery energy storage systems with DC voltage below 600V.

    Configurable Architecture

    The RBMS product can be easily configured to fit the needs of different projects. As a minimum, it can be set up as a secondary architecture (BMU + RBMS), suitable for battery packs ranging from 10kWh to 100kWh. For larger capacity requirements, it can be integrated into a three-level architecture (BMU + RBMS + SBMS) by cooperating with an industrial computer and battery stack management software. This configuration is ideal for battery packs ranging from 50kWh to 2mWh.

    Advanced Features

    In addition to its highly configurable architecture, RBMS also offers perfect and reliable operation and protection strategies that effectively prolong the service life of the battery pack. With a variety of communication interfaces, it can be directly or indirectly connected to third-party energy management systems for seamless integration and control.

    Four-Level Architecture

    By collaborating with a server and power station battery management system software, the RBMS product can be incorporated into a four-level architecture (BMU + RBMS + SBMS + BBMS). This architecture is suitable for even larger battery packs, ranging from 2mWh to 1000mWh, to meet the varied needs of different projects.

    The highly integrated battery management system offers seamless monitoring capabilities.

    The perfect self-inspection and operation status detection function, combined with the HMI display screen, allows for clear and concise information on the system's operation.

    Reliable and robust system control and protection strategies fully ensure the safety of the battery and extend the battery pack's service life.

    Designed with modularity in mind, the system is configurable and expandable. Multiple energy storage units can be flexibly combined to create a larger energy storage system, supporting up to 160 batteries in series.

    The system also boasts rich communication interfaces, including multi-channel RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and dry contact input and output interfaces. This allows for communication with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market.

    The flexible communication interface protocol includes the company's own protocol, with the ability to adapt to different manufacturers' PCs according to the customer's needs.

    The system's capacity is impressive, with a built-in high-capacity memory chip that can store a large amount of crucial operation data. Additionally, an SD card can be added to store historical data of the cells.

    The system also features automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control, making it easy to parallel connect battery packs.
